“I loved Belize's blend of Caribbean, indigenous, and Latin cultures and the foods fresh from the sea.”
- Traveler Allison Eriksen
“I definitely plan to go back and learn more about the Mayan culture on the mainland.
I chose the fabric because it represented San Pedro's laid back beach lifestyle.”
Thanks for the awesome fabric find Allison, it’s truly un-Belize-able.
Here’s to Belize-ing in yourself & to feeling good—because after all, it’s Friday!
-the Taaluma Team
The Middle East is known for its ancient history, vast deserts, and religious roots.
From being caught in the pyramid-dle of history in Cairo, to taking in the Israeli great views of Jerusalem, to resting on the Abu’ndant sands of Abu Dhabi.
It’s been 8 years since the idea for Taaluma Totes was born while on a life-changing trip to Uganda.
Since then, we’ve been able to fund 41 microloans for small business owners living in Uganda.
From Moses, a 24-year-old coffee farmer who used his loan to buy mulch.
Taaluma travelers have had a very gouda time in Holland over the years.
From getting caught in a Holland-daze over the beauty of the land (and to becoming a big fan of the windmills), to discovering the magical world of Nether-Netherland, to having a wheely good time petal-ing around the city.
