At TAALUMA, we craft each tote with care, heart, and a sense of adventure — because we believe every bag should carry not just your essentials, but a story. That’s why we stand behind the quality of our totes and want to make sure you love yours as much as we loved making it. Here’s how we’ve got your back:


 

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel great about your tote! If it’s not the perfect fit, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked. Here’s how it works:

✅ Tote must be in new, unused condition (ready for its next adventure)

✅ Returns/Exchanges are free — we’ll cover the shipping

✅ Once we receive your tote, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Repairs

Life happens — and we get it. If your tote experiences a defect or wear and tear from normal use, we’re here to help.

✅ We offer free repairs for any manufacturing defects within one year of purchase.

✅ Note that we are unable to replace any damaged fabrics since most of our fabric comes to us from our travelers.

✅ If we are unable to repair your tote, we will offer a free exchange for a in stock tote.

✅ After one year of purchase, we offer repairs for $35. This includes the repair and shipping both ways.
